Dressed for Success

If there is one thing I like about winter, it’s being cold enough that I can wear a dress. Most of the year, I’m flipping layers on and off a dozen times a day because the ambient temperature is never quite right. Right now, it’s chilly enough that I can have the layer on, and maybe even another one. I can’t do it going down to the pub because I *always* overheat; it’s kind of a running joke now. But I figured, why not sit around in a dress feeling cute, just because I can? So I did. 😀

Really, it was a capstone to a really productive day. I got through my morning stuff so fast that I felt like it was an hour later than it actually was. Which was cool, except for my stomach deciding it wanted to back that up, ha ha. But yeah, put in a good day of work, had a nice bath, dressed up nice ’cause I felt like it… and even got some knit maths done. The 25cm circular that I ordered to do the sleeve with arrived, so I moved it over to said needle, and stopped to calculate out where I would be doing increases for the next however many rows. The however many is approximately eleventy million, but yanno, cross that bridge when I get there.

For now, Diablo.
