Bleh Bleh Bleh

I forgot to take my meds last night before bed, so ended up messing up my sleep. Which means I woke up with my fibromyalgia flare renewed, worsened brain fog, etc. It’s not nice. Hopefully tonight will help swing things back to restorative… we’ll see.

Not a lot past that. Cat is still alive, husband is a bit older, and life moves on.
