Provisional

For my knitting science, I decided to do a provisional cast-on. The thing that I’m fiddling with has a join between cast-on and cast-off edges, so I wanted to have live stitches to graft with. It’s inadvertently festive, because green wool happened to be the nearest bit of scrap that I could use.

Beyond that, yes, the sort continues. I think that I’m still a pot short of what I need (as in, I think one pot contains two shades), but it’s more or less ‘close enough’ that I shouldn’t really need to do anything but drop beads into the right place. There are still a lot of beads, but the work continues to be satisfying and soothing.
