A Demanding Mistress

If you were new to Poison’s acquaintance, you would think she had always been a naturally affectionate cat. In actuality, she was a very shy and skittish kitten; that she’s developed into an affection-demanding critter is kind of really awesome. Having said that, she came over and yelled at me until I got on the couch and put a pillow on my lap so she could get pets. She only kept me for about ten minutes, but it amused me enough to share the tale.

((And yes, she has to have a pillow, because she is that much of a queen))

Beyond that, it’s been a fairly generic and pleasant day. Work happened, with an acceptable degree of focus. I hope that I can build on it tomorrow in the eternal quest to catch my own tail.

For now, dinner.
