J’Existe

Maaan, did I fall off the wagon here, ha ha. Life has just been… existing. It’s not been bad by any stretch, just… my version of busy, I guess.

So, things of interest. I finally got my eyebrow pierced after putting it off for, uh… nearly 30 years? I kept waffling about what side I wanted it on, but eldest wanted their septum done, and I offered to get pierced with them for support. It’s *still* healing because I am not good at not touching my face, but it’ll get there eventually.

The most exciting bit of news is that I’ve been picked as the Community Organizer for the Indie Sellers Guild. Kristi (the current guild leader) and myself have been chatting weekly for over a year, and it recently became clear that I have a skillset that was needed — a person who is social online. I was kind of surprised that someone wasn’t already filling the role, because it’s an online organisation?! But apparently not, so I somehow bring a skillset to this. *laughs* We’ve done a lot of prelim stuff, and hopefully will be able to see member growth in the near future. There’s been a little bit, so it’s encouraging.

Right. I’ll try to get better again at checking in here. I don’t know if I’ll be able to get it back up to daily with other blogging I’m currently doing, but maybe I can get it up to once a week. We’ll see.
