Today has been a most excellent day. I got some degree of work-work done in the half-day that I/we did. Half day, because it’s our anniversary, and we went out to have a nice lunch. We are currently holed up at R’s house for belated 4th of July-ish celebrations. We are also kid-free, which is bliss. The kiddos are with their grandparents, which hopefully will go as smoothly as it did last time. So that’s nice.
