Today, I have hit a landmark in jumper knitting — I have cast off the back side of things, and returned to the front. I’ve got my labouriously mathed out sheets, and I get to follow that for most of the way up. So that’s a bit of relief. I hope that the front will work faster than the back… Read more »
This particular knitting stitch is known as the double seed stitch. It’s a pretty simple thing to do all told, but I definitely do better keeping a rigorous count of what row I’m on. Yesterday was a delightfully productive day, knitting wise. I finished off the last couple rows on the red section, and did a few rows on the blue.
