My fingers are freezy cold this evening. Having said that, the current wind chill outside is literally freezing, so. It both delights and annoys me that the temps are dipping lower than predicted. I vastly prefer to be chilly over too warm, but anyways. It *is* the latter half of November already, so really, what was I supposed to expect?

Also in the delights and annoyances — I ordered a camera for myself. Specifically, a Sony a5100, which I managed to snag for a low low £270. That’s the delight, combined with reputedly being delivered tomorrow. The annoyance? Paypal is having some sort of conniption shitfit and I can’t log into the website to make sure all is in order. Sigh? Sigh. It probably is fine, but in the interim, I am waiting for the Paypal support Twitter account to get back to me.

Past that, continuing to poke along in Pokémon Shield, and trying to apply myself to finishing Smalls’ jumper. I would ideally like to get the knitting done by tomorrow night at the latest, if only so it’s done and ready for the finishing work. After all, it would be nice/good to get Smaller’s jumper done as well while it’s the right season for it, and it really is a fairly easy pattern to go along with.

For now though, dinner. Z made an amazing Shepard’s Pie yesterday, and we’re having the leftovers. And let’s be honest, as amazing as it is the first time, it’s always a bit nicer the second.
