Supremely Tiny

I had some jump rings come in this past week that had been held up in customs for a month. Which means that I am making lots of tiny little stitch markers, and having to do each completely by hand because they’re too soft for pliers not score. Most of them, but not all of them, are coming generously enough to work for 4mm needles, which is excellent. Really, my main complaint is that the borehole on the beads combined with the micrometre differences in diameter of the rings means that there’s a lot of trying and failing to get things to go on things. Still, I struggle on (to quote my father-in-law).

Tomorrow, social distancing starts in earnest. We’re all home from normal stuff, and like… I don’t know how it’s gonna be. I expect that as cool as we generally are all being in the same space, we’ll wear on each other. That’s probably going to be the case for everyone. But as I’ve said before, and I’ll say again — we’ll take it a day at a time. 🙂
