On the Late Late Train

Everything about today has been happening late, from waking up, to dinner. Which is to say, it’s the girls’ bedtime and we’ve still not had dinner. We opted to order a takeaway and our timing was crap… so it goes. But as it’s Friday, it’s fine if they’re up a bit late as a special treat or whatever. Still, we’re all pretty hungry waiting, as this is now quite a bit past our normal dinnertime. Oh well.

I’ve decided my approach to my knitting right now is to do a row of one, and then do a row of the other. It so far keeps it a bit more interesting, even if both are currently stockinette just the same.

Oh goodie, dinner has finally arrived!
