I have been doing the generic existing thing; there’s not been a lot spare past that. I had a spell of unexpected bad back pain, which, rude. And then just a higher grade of exhaustion which again, rude.
But eh, I’m still alive. That’s always good, ha ha. I’m still doing the things I like, and I’ve got some crafting to look forward to this morning. The needle reminder stitch markers are selling modestly well, so I’ll need to take stock and get those made.
I’ve also got myself a nice lil graphic made in preparation for Pride Month here in a few days. I’m hoping that I can coax people into doing some purchases, yanno? My stuff is neat and waiting to bring joy to others. *chuckles* I’ve got the dice ready, I’ve got the related other beads ready, bring it on etc.
Of course, still waiting to see what Trump’s tariff BS will mean for me. I’d been… not arguing per se, but in disagreement with a friend over the de minimis rule. Currently, it means anything I sell to the US that is under $800 is tax free. The so-called ‘Big Beautiful Bill’ wants to decisively get rid of this exception, which means even more pain for small sellers in a world where we are increasingly squeezed out. Like, I can’t sell to the EU at all anymore because of GPSR; it requires me to spend significantly more money that I could ever make as a small seller. I appreciate that rule are to protect customers, and that there is good and right in it, but like… nobody looks out for the littlest guys at all. *shakes head*
Right. Onward, upward, etc.
