Shiny and New

Mum bought me a new monitor for my Christmas present. My existing one had been with me… a decade? This one is shinier and faster and smoother, and a better complement to having a nice, current, mid-range graphics card. It’ll take a bit for my eyes to adjust to the change, and for me to get the colour and brightness balance just so… but it’ll get there.

That’s been today’s main thing. Other bits include vague amounts of work getting done, and getting the charity bags out in time for pick-up. I do want to start weeding through the wardrobe soonish, but how soonish… we’ll see. I’ve got this niggle in the back of my head that I’m forgetting something more pertinent downstairs, but not what.
