Maybe Nah

I’ve been casually adding layers of paint to this cabachon with the idea of selling pendants… then I cocked it up earlier. I added a layer of green, and somehow a bit of hair got into it, and I couldn’t get it to cooperate the way I wanted it to. While it isn’t ugly per se, I think that I can do better. So I might take it upstairs and get all this polish off, start fresh, see what I can do with a bit more applied and careful effort.

But eh, it’s not the end of the world, and the day is on the whole pretty rocking. I’m mainly hunkered down in Minecraft with a side of The Settlers, but I’ve done a few stitches on my sock as well. Add in that it’s been super windy (but warm enough that my feet don’t hate me), and it’s pretty glorious.

Right, gonna go back to doing the things, and shovelling curry in my face, nom nom.
