Ka-ching

I semi-recently added the Sell on Esty app on my phone to make it easier to get my photographs into draft listings. I went a step further and set up some custom notifications, because hey, it’s super easy to do these days. What cracks me up is that the notification I set for people liking items confuses the hell out of me (it’s applause), while the less-heard sound of the cash register informing me of a sale doesn’t. Maybe I should change the nature of the applause? Who knows. *laughs* At least someone bought some stitch markers, and that’s always nice.

Today, I’ve been reworking some of my earrings, and trying to figure out the best way to photograph them. I think that it is going to end up being me ‘giving up’ and getting a teacup to hang things from, ’cause my current idea is noooot working. I’m also wondering if I should find a few interesting fat quarters, or give in to the casual-on-wood look. Of course, things are more difficult ’cause I’m trying to work with stud earrings today, so. I’ll figure something out one way or another.
