Outside Again

Z got the call from the school this time; Smalls was having more of the itchy party. Figures, since that timed about with where the dose of antihistamines were given to her this morning. He was going to go dose her before her after-school club when he picked up Smaller, but I sucked it up and hobbled around to take care of her. I didn’t want her to suffer for a few hours, and indeed, she was feeling poorly enough that she wanted to skip football today anyways.

The timing was amusing to me though; I had just started prepping the tiny cardigan to get the snaps and the buttons on. It’s done now and ready to be packed up to take this weekend, but I admit I was mildly worried that the interruption would mean that I couldn’t get my mojo back for getting it done and dusted. But it is, and I went out of my way to watch a video on sewing on snaps to improve my methodology. So yanno, yay, etc.

Beyond that, being amused that sometimes — sometimes, advertising works. I was scrolling through my Instagram feed when I saw a link for a foldable lightbox. Considering my photo-taking set-up is less than great and I really needed a lightbox ages ago, I’m excited about the prospect of getting my head around this. Better photographs would make me happier about my listings, so. I also need to suck it up and do boring SEO things, like adding more information in the item titles rather than just my cutesy things. Bleh? Bleh.
