Cold Toesies

This morning was chilly enough that I wrapped myself up in my blankie to keep my toesies warm — bliss. I swear, my smile and happiness as the weather makes its way to enjoyable is gonna break my face in half. It’s supposed to warm up again next week, but we’ll see. I can get through it knowing that proper weather is waiting on the other side.

My brain is pretty empty right now, insomuch that steak is forthcoming and that’s always gonna win over thinking about anything else. Z stopped by the butcher in town and picked up filet steak for half price, so it’s the fanciest of meat-pants that will be going into our collective face. Mmm, I’m drooling thinking about it.

Anyways! Gonna go back to knitting and gaming, ’cause that’s what I do.
